We diamond fly cut and diamond turn flat surfaces as follows:

Substrate Materials:

Electroless nickel coated Beryllium

Electroless nickel coated Aluminum-Beryllium

Aluminum

Brass

Copper

Flatness:  Typically 1/4 wave with smaller surfaces to less than 1/10 wave.

Angular Tolerances:  +/- 2 arc sec

Surface Finish:  50 Angstroms RMS with post diamond turned polishing capabilities on all substrates except bare aluminum.

Size:   Surfaces as large as 10 inches in diameter can be diamond fly cut.   Surfaces up to 18 in. in diameter can be diamond turned.
